Sherwin Yang is married to his wife, Ah Xiong. They have a beautiful daughter, Anna, who turns two this coming December. Sherwin was born in Fresno, California and raised in Detroit, Michigan, where he also came to faith in Christ. At the age of 20, he committed his life to serving the Lord.

Sherwin graduated from Toccoa Falls College in the spring of 2019 with a degree in Biblical Studies and a minor in Pastoral Studies. He currently serves as the Associate Pastor at New Life Fellowship Church of the Christian and Missionary Alliance in Kansas City, Kansas.
