Charles Amoh leads Alliance Youth and has spent the last 20 years walking with teenagers and youth workers as they figure out faith, life, and what it means to follow Jesus for real. He spent a couple years in Chicago helping young adults live on mission in the city, and he’s all about creating spaces where students and leaders can have honest conversations, ask big questions, and draw closer to the heart of God. Charles is passionate about Soul Care, Justice, Cultural Competency, and helping youth leaders lead well. He believes that God meets us in hard conversations—and that’s where real growth happens. Charles is married to his amazing wife, Ruth, and together they’re raising two awesome kids, Patrick and Linden (who keep them humble and laughing).
